How do I know when my order is dispatched?

You will receive an email from DPD to advise that the item has left us and their expected delivery date. Then on the day of delivery you will be sent an ETA for delivery by DPD directly.

Alternatively you will be advised if this order will be coming to you on one of our own vehicles, or by a pallet carrier.
