How to report damages/faults

You are able to report damages/faults via your online account. 

  • Please login to your account within 48 working hours of delivery and select the corresponding order number.  
  • You will then see a button displaying ‘Order Details’. 
  • Once selected, you will then see an option to “Report Damages/Faults”.  
  • Here you will be able to select the item numbers and quantities you are reporting and upload the images.

If you cannot access the form then do please send us an email to sales@gainsboroughgiftware.com with your order reference, item codes of the damages, the qty of the items damaged and images of this.
