I've received my order but some of my items are damaged
We are very sorry to hear this. Our policy asks for any damages, faults or discrepancies to be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. 

As soon as you receive your order and find damaged or faulty items, we ask that you report these using the credit request feature.

To use the online credit request feature, please log into your account and view the order which you have the faulty / damaged items and click on the 'Report Damaged / Faulty Item(s)' button.

This will then display a list of all the items on the order, please select the item(s) which you would like to report and then click the 'Continue' button.

You will then be able to enter the information required for us to process your request along with uploading images of the faulty / damaged item(s). Once you have completed the information please click the 'Continue' button to submit your credit request.

This is then logged on our system and will processed by one of our customer services team as soon as possible, all communication will be logged against your credit request which you can track the process of under your order within your account.

If we request for goods to be returned to us, we will arrange this with our couriers at no cost to yourself. A credit note / refund will then be processed.

Please do not send items back to us without first contacting us.
